Introduction

Welcome to J&N On Time Corp. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.


1. Services Provided

J&N On Time Corp provides dumpster rental services for residential, commercial, and industrial waste disposal. Services include:

  • Delivery, rental, and removal of dumpster containers.
  • Assistance with scheduling pickups and swaps.
  • Customer support for all rental-related inquiries.


2. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate and complete information when booking or registering.
  • Agree to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations related to waste disposal.


3. Booking and Payment Terms

  • Booking:
  • Dumpster rentals must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or other authorized methods.
  • Same-day and next-day delivery options are subject to availability.
  • Payment:
  • Payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Accepted methods include debit cards and credit cards.
  • Full payment of outstanding balances must be made within five (5) days of service completion.
  • Late Fees:
  • A 20% late fee will be applied to unpaid balances after five (5) days.
  • Accounts delinquent for over 30 days will be referred to collections.


4. Rental Period and Fees

  • Standard Rental Period:
  • Rentals include a one-week period unless otherwise agreed.
  • Extension Fees:
  • Additional days are charged at $15/day beyond the rental period.
  • Weight Allowance:
  • Each rental includes up to 3 tons (6,000 lbs). Excess weight is charged at $60/ton.
  • Exceeding the maximum capacity of 6 tons (12,000 lbs) may result in service refusal and additional fees.


5. User Responsibilities

As a renter, you agree to:

  • Ensure the dumpster is not overloaded or filled with prohibited materials.
  • Provide clear, unobstructed access to the dumpster for pickup and removal.
  • Inspect the dumpster upon delivery and report any existing damage.
  • Comply with all local regulations related to waste disposal.


6. Prohibited Waste

Dumpsters must not contain any of the following materials:

  • Hazardous waste, liquid waste, or biohazardous materials.
  • Paint, batteries, tires, concrete, dirt, or sod.
  • Any items restricted by local, state, or federal regulations.

Failure to comply may result in additional charges, legal action, or the immediate termination of services.


7. Service Limitations

J&N On Time Corp is not responsible for:

  • Damage to driveways, lawns, or surfaces resulting from normal delivery or removal of dumpsters.
  • Delays due to weather, road closures, or other conditions beyond our control.
  • Incidents or injuries occurring on or around the dumpster. Use is at your own risk.


8. Modifications and Relocation of Dumpsters

  • Customers may not relocate dumpsters without prior approval from J&N On Time Corp.
  • Unauthorized relocation will result in fines ranging from $500 to $1,500.


9. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may incur a cancellation fee.


10. Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law:
  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
  • Arbitration:
  • Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida.


11. Privacy Policy

By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for full details.


12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of J&N On Time Corp. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.


13. Changes to Terms of Service

J&N On Time Corp reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
